Terms of Use

This agreement sets out the rules for using the game “Iron Beasts” (the website ironbeasts.pro and the mini apps in Telegram and other messengers — hereinafter the “Game”). The Game is provided by the administration of the game “Iron Beasts” (hereinafter the “Rights Holder”). By starting to play, you accept these rules. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Game.

1. The Game

The Game can be played for free. The Game contains paid features — for example, the appearance of vehicles. Their price and terms are always shown before payment; buying anything is not required to play. Payment is made through the payment service of the platform on which you play (for example, Telegram or Yandex Games), under that platform’s rules. Purchased items are tied to your profile and are available on all devices where you sign in to it. In Telegram, purchases are paid in Telegram Stars; for questions about payments and refunds, use the /paysupport command in the bot @IronBeastsBot or e-mail ironbeasts@yandex.ru. If an item you paid for does not appear in your profile, we will refund the payment. The Game is constantly evolving: maps, modes, vehicle balance and battle rules may change.

2. Profile

• A profile is created on first sign-in. One person — one profile for rated play.
• If you play in a browser without a password, your profile relies on a key stored in that browser: if you clear its data, you will lose access. Set a password in your profile to be able to sign in from any device.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and sign-in codes safe. Do not share them with others.
• A profile may not be sold, bought or transferred.

3. Nicknames

A nickname must not contain insults, obscene language, calls to violence or hatred, or advertising, and must not impersonate another person or the Game’s administration. The Rights Holder may change an inappropriate nickname.

4. What is prohibited

• using cheats, bots, automated-play programs and any means that give an unfair advantage;
• exploiting bugs in the Game instead of reporting them;
• boosting your rating — playing against yourself from several profiles or arranging to throw battles;
• interfering with the operation of the Game: overloading the server, guessing passwords, tampering with data exchange;
• copying, modifying or distributing the Game and its parts without permission.

5. Consequences of violations

For violating the rules, the Rights Holder may change your nickname, reset your rating and results, and temporarily or permanently block access to your profile. Players’ battle decisions, defeats and rating losses in fair play are not considered violations and are not reviewed.

6. Rights to the Game

The Game, its code, graphics, videos, music, voices, texts, names and characters belong to the Rights Holder. You are granted a simple (non-exclusive) right to play the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Sharing screenshots and recordings of your battles is allowed and welcome.

7. Liability

The Game is provided “as is”. We try to keep it running without interruptions but do not guarantee this: maintenance, connection failures and errors are possible. A battle interrupted through the fault of the server is not counted for either side. The Rights Holder is not liable for the loss of progress in a profile without a password after browser data has been cleared, nor for the actions of third-party platforms (messengers, app stores).

9. Changes and governing law

The Rights Holder may amend this agreement; a new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. If you continue to play after the changes, you accept the new version. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
